Offered is a 17mm bronze Nummus, struck in 375-78AD at Arelatum (also known as Constantina) under the reign of Emperor Gratian, RIC#19b. This lovely late Roman minor, although of the common SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE type, is infact reasonably scarce with this mintmark. A charming piece.
