Offered is a solid example of the ‘Montesquieu’ 200 Franc note, issued by Banque de France in 1989, PICK#155c. A fairly tidy circulated note, this piece unfortunately suffers from the ubiquitous pinholes which plague this series. A colourful piece which was notoriously difficult to forge in its day.
