Offered is a large .833AR silver Thaler from the German State of Saxony-Albertine, issued in 1808, KM#1059.1. Although bearing a highly attractive reverse, this piece has unfortunately been used as a brooch at some point, thusly suffering extensive damage to the obverse. This being said, the coin remains a satisfying Crown-size silver piece in hand.
