Offered is a superior example of one of the ever-popular ‘Constantinople commemoratives’ issued in 334-335AD (Siscia mint), RIC#241. Although not a scarce type, examples are very seldom seen this nice, with great strike, even planchet and superb detail making this a choice specimen. All in all, a late roman AE for the discerning collector.
