Offered is an interesting 20c ‘hard currency’ note issued by the PRL in 1979, PICK#FX38. These were issued against deposits of foreign currency, and issued denominated in USD, for use in special shops where luxury, or foreign goods were available.
These generally are found quite circulated, and would have been very desirable in commerce. This example attractive and problem-free.
