Offered is a lovely 1900 ‘Veiled Bust’ Halfcrown issued under the reign of Queen Victoria, KM#782, SP#3938. Although this example is certified UNC Details by NGC, we (as well as a number of other dealers who we have shown it to) can find no trace of cleaning on the obverse. Indeed, this piece bears a particularly well-struck reverse, and further benefits from an overall satiny patina of greys, lilacs, and russets. A very pleasing coin overall.
