Canada 1953 Silver Dollar, Obverse Die Cracks - ICCS AU-50

$25.00

Offered is a very pleasing example of a 1953 silver (.800AR) ‘no shoulder fold / short water line’ variety dollar. This piece, graded (conservatively, in our opinion) AU-50 by ICCS, retains excellent lustre and clean fields, with blooms of deep auburn and russet tones popping up across the flan. Interestingly, this example displays substantial die cracks between the letters of the obverse.

An excellent piece for a specialised study or die plating.
