Omega Geneve 1970s Tropicalized Men's Wristwatch

€650.00

Offered is a stunning early 1970s Omega calibre 625 manual wind, 17 jewel mechanical wristwatch. This piece is housed in a 35mm snap-back stainless case, and is in all-original, untouched condition. What sets this watch apart from your average Geneve is the glorious patina which has developed on the dial, with this being possibly the best example of ‘tropicalization’ that we have ever handled. The watch wears very comfortably, and has a discreet wrist presence, making a great dress or casual wear piece. Condition is good overall, despite some minor scratches / crack to the original (micro-engraved) Omega crystal. The movement is clean and working well. This is truly a fantastic piece for the discerning collector / true connoisseur.
