Prisma 1970s Dolphin 100 Men's Wristwatch
Offered is a scarce, late 1970s Prisma Dolphin 100 on a ‘president’ style stainless band. A popular brand on the European continent, it has not been until recently that the collector’s market has begun to recognise the quality and value of these watches. This well made and finished example exudes a very tasteful, reserved retro styling, with semi-tonneau, fully stainless steel case (35mm diameter) and brushed charcoal dial. The signed crown and locking deployment clasp both speak to the attention to detail apparent throughout this piece.
The well-finished, 17 jewel manual wind movement has recently been serviced, and keeps great time, with date function also working correctly. The overall condition is very good, with only the occasional sign of wear to speak to this watch not being NOS.
