Offered is a very scarce, ‘full size’ bronze Piastre from 1891, KM#3.2. With a mintage of only 54 000, this piece, much like the rest of this series, can be a challenging piece to track down. When one does encounter these substantially sized minors, they inevitably suffer from heavy contact marks, edge bumps, improper cleaning, etc. This coin, on the other hand, being an original, pleasing, and problem free example, this solid piece would make an excellent type coin, or addition to a date run alike!
