Jules Jurgensen ca. 1948 Men's Military Style Wristwatch

$95.00
sold out

Offered is a very handsome, mid-sized (30mm diameter) men’s ‘military style’ wristwatch from the second ‘golden age’ of Jules Jurgensen, dating from just after the Second World War. Although not a large watch by any means, the quality Wadsworth GF case is well proportioned, and the sweeping lugs lend a nice wrist presence to this understated timepiece. The original dial shows minor signs of age, but not beyond what might be considered positive vintage character.

Other than the superior overall build quality, what sets this piece (and others of its generation) apart from later Jules Jurgensen pieces is the excellently crafted, in-house 17 jewel movement, which is keeping perfect time.

All in all, a watch for the discerning individual which could suit virtually any occasion.
