Offered is a very unusual official uncirculated set from Moldova from around 2005, assembled using coins ranging from 2003-05. The colourful commemorative folder, which focuses on the important Moldovan wine festival, also includes fold-outs explaining the circulating specie of the country, as well as the functions of the central bank.
Included in the set are the 1-50 Ban circulating coins, as well as a cupro-nickel wine festival commemorative 10 Lei coin, KM#25. Although the coins of Moldova are generally a ‘one at a time’ endeavour, official mint sets from before 2018 are downright rare, making this an opportunity not to be missed!
